When I thought of the right gift for my sister, who is also my Pastor, it had to be personalized (and shipped) in time for Mother's Day. Things Remembered delivered in a big way! My items arrived on the Friday before Mother's Day. One of the five personal items had a stitching issue. I contacted Customer Service, and the representative was professional, super courteous, and apologized for the issue and had the item reprocessed and shipped overnight.
