Christmas morning came and the tea set I had ordered for my granddaughter had the incorrect name printed on the case. Needless to say, I was upset and gave a terrible review. But…after communicating with the company (each email was answered promptly and politely!) They were more than helpful in replacing the tea set with the correct name. Absolutely no hassle! Sent a photo, no need to send the incorrect product back and the new gift with the correct name arrived in a week! Thank you so much! Customer service definitely deserves a five star review! I have ordered from Personalization Mall in the past and will in the future!
