Includes juice well and grip handles for no drip carving
Rinse cutting board with a warm soapy cloth
Preserve with mineral oil on a regular basis to avoid drying the wood out; do not wash in the dishwasher. Oil after every use. If only used for display you still must oil at least once a month
Natural wood knots and other variations in the wood may appear through the engraved design. These are not considered imperfections

The board size is fair. It not too small or too big. I would use the board as a cheese board or something of that extend just because it's really cute. This was a gift for my brother and his wife who live in England. They loved it so much they refused to use it. They hang it to the kitchen wall !!! If it was a local gift, i would have kept the box it came in and wrap it. I had the board in my carry-on that was checked in and the board was still intact and the size was perfect. I recommend this
