The engraving is very nice and the I am happy with the quality. The clock offers date and alarms to be set too. the color is a nice grey and not black as shown.

This is a very nice gift to show appreciation. It is well-made, and I love that it has the clock AND pencil holder. Very useful, unlike a plaque that just sits. My only complaint is that I wish the text could have come in Black. It is light and hard to read for older people. If ink could be darker, I would give it 5 stars.
