This is a beautiful hat. The embroidery is well done. My only disappointment was the delivery by FEDEX which of course was out of Personalization Mall's control. Their customer service responded promptly and were extremely helpful. I'll be using Personalization Mall for all my personalization needs.

The quality of these hats is great and the embroidery is beautiful. At this price, they're a steal. I just wish I would have read the dimensions of the hat before purchase. This hat is really small, definitely a toddler size. The product photo looks deceiving.

I wanted a quality Santa cap with the words "The Chief" to replace the ratty-looking cap I had. When I received this one, it had the quality I hoped. The size could be a tad larger, but it fits well enough. The script was perfectly clear.
