Product was as expected. Nice material. Thought maybe it would have been a little thicker. But still very nice.

I ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my husband so that his keys, wallet, glasses case, etc. have a dedicated spot in the house. I only ordered it 9 days or so before Christmas and received it personalized a day before Christmas. I was quite pleased when I opened it up. It is lovely and I think my husband will love it.

The tray is very nice. I like it. My complaint is the box it came in was stained. Looks like oil stains. Probably from staining the wood. Maybe you can correct that problem.
