Received the ornament but engraving was offset and slanted. Sent picture to customer service and received a new ornament within a week. Perfect. Love this ornament and I know my wife will also. Buy a new ornament from Things Remembered each year to celebrate our engagement anniversary.

Every year we conclude the year at the holidays by getting a personalized ornament for or tree with our names, the children, and animals. Every year is a different shape or size color or other design and they lasr year after year. I started this in 2008 and as the family and times change we can keep the memories forever.

My order was exactly what I expected. Great quality product NO mispellings. I have ordered from here before and have never been disappointed.

I purchased two ornaments. One for a friend and another to memorialize my little dog who had just passed. Both came as described and were beautiful.
