We purchased this silver heart ornament for our granddaughter as an annual tradition. The ornament was of very good quality...heavier than expected...and the engraving was lovely.

Beautiful, quality ornament. I have ordered from this company many many times over the years and never had a problem before, so I was surprised when my ornament came blank on the back even though I ordered and paid for engraving on the back. I emailed and am getting a replacement, so very happy with the customer service also.

This piece is shiny like silver plate (not matte like pewter) it’s a nice large-ish size and turned out beautifully.

This ornament is heavy in weight good quality.
