I have long enjoyed ordering from Personalization Mall and this time was no exception. However when the large 12 x 18 canvas print I ordered for a 10th anniversary party showed up it was so dark the faces were hard to view. I contacted Personalization Mall and a rep offered to take a second look at the image I submitted. The graphics team worked wonders, lightened the image and they sent me a new print at no charge. Now that is how you build loyalty! I am grateful the anniversary party is this weekend and I am looking forward to showing off this beautiful print. Thank you!
