I am extremely happy with my purchase of this bear. I bought it on a Sunday, and realized the next day, one of the letters was wrong. I called right away and even though your automated system said they could not change letters after purchase, you changed the one letter that was bad. This is for a new Great-Grandbaby, but I wish I could keep him. He's just so cute and cuddly. I would recommend your organization to anyone. I have purchased in the past, and now once again. Keep up the great work, and thank you for helping out with that "letter" that needed to be changed.

This is a perfect present for someone in the hospital where flowers are not always appreciated. My bear was personalized and shipped the next day arriving three days later with standard shipping.
