I bought this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. This is her first Christmas without my dad. The necklace is perfect and she is going to love it.

I purchased this necklace for my cousin who recently lost her daughter. It turned out to be the perfect gift. It's something she could wear close to her heart every day. I'm so glad that my cousin thought this necklace was absolutely beautiful. The woman that I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and she took the time to help me find something that was an appropriate gift and the engraved necklace was delivered promptly. Beautiful engraving

I ordered two of the same necklaces. I ordered them at different times. One I ordered at standard shipping (12/3). The other I ordered days later (12.6). I was worried the 2nd one would not arrive on time, so I did the expedited shipping. I received the 2nd one within a few days. The 1st one still has not arrived. I contacted customer service since tracking had not updated. They kindly sent out a replacement.

I have ordered many products from this company. I have been happy with all of my purchases and will continue to use their site when looking for gifts.

Not only arrived as scheduled ( I paid extra for expidited shipping)… it was good quality.
Only issue .. I also bought the gift box.. it was cheap and came crushed.

Beautiful engraving and exactly as ordered

I ordered this item for a co-worker who recently lost her mother. To say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality is an understatement. The pendant is made of a thicker metal and it truly makes it look amazing. I am completely satisfied with the way everything turned out. The writing on the pendent was stunning.

This Pendant is beautiful wis it was in sterling silver its perfect I should have told them to leave the chain off I removed it to a stainless-steel rope chain.
This Chain will give me comfort.

The necklace is very nicely made and the engraving is perfect. My only disappointment is that I spent the additional money for the box as this was a gift and the necklace came in a bag inside the box. The chain was all tangled up and difficult to undo. If they can improve the packaging I would give it 5 stars.
