It’s beautiful! Absolutely love it!

My order looks just like the preview they showed me on the site and it got delivered sooner than expected.

The picture frame with my personal saying is just what i wanted. I got it for my husband because our great dane dog is dying of cancer so its a gift from her to her papa for when she has to go to the rainbow bridge. Very heartbreaking. Very nice quality expecially for the price.

I ordered three custom picture frames that were gray striped. When I received the order the frames were brown plaid? I emailed customer service with no response so then I called. I spoke with someone that had me email photos to show the difference (which is obviously very apparent) and she said that someone would email me back within 48 hours. That was a week ago. I have sent multiple emails to them once again with no response. You are taking a gamble if you purchase something from this site.
