I ordered two of the Initial Accent Personalized 15-oz Coffee Mugs in burgundy. They arrived quickly and are beautiful, quality mugs. I couldn't be happier! The only problem with my order was the packaging. One of the mugs arrived with a shattered handle, as there was no packing directly around either mug. Very poor packaging. I'm surprised both of them weren't broken. I suggested to the company that they surround each mug with bubble wrap before placing them in their individual mug-size boxes. This action would help buffer all their breakables and prepare them for the rough ride ahead of them from the warehouse to the consumer. Customer Service was great. After emailing them a picture of the damaged mug, a replacement has already shipped. I will definitely order from these folks again!

I had ordered 3 mugs 2 were fine 1 was broken. Called to report the broken mug and was told a replacement will be coming. Hope this one arrives in one piece.

The mugs are very nice strong and heavy. Love that handle doesn't get hot in microwave. However don't like that the writing isn't lined up straight or lined up with the monogram

Order was correct.
Small, hidden chip on bottom of mug was disappointing, but does not affect the function.

wanted to have a mug with personal thoughts and memories,with my name. I've already had a cup of coffee in it. Makes you feel special,especially being from
a large family.

This mug came as ordered and is really pretty but the size which is supposed to be 11ozs is not 11oz. It looks tiny next to my other mugs. I know it’s not 11oz as I filled it to the brim with a measuring cup and it is barely 9 ozs. This is why I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise it’s a nice quality mug. Very disappointed!
