These were beautiful and my bridesmaid loved them!!!

I ordered two of the Initial Accent Personalized 15-oz Coffee Mugs in burgundy. They arrived quickly and are beautiful, quality mugs. I couldn't be happier! The only problem with my order was the packaging. One of the mugs arrived with a shattered handle, as there was no packing directly around either mug. Very poor packaging. I'm surprised both of them weren't broken. I suggested to the company that they surround each mug with bubble wrap before placing them in their individual mug-size boxes. This action would help buffer all their breakables and prepare them for the rough ride ahead of them from the warehouse to the consumer. Customer Service was great. After emailing them a picture of the damaged mug, a replacement has already shipped. I will definitely order from these folks again!

I love this product although I did ask for blue but the blue looks more like a dark purple/dark royal blue look. Great otherwise and I love this company thus far,I will continue to buy all that I can from them. Delivery time is the best and quickest I've gotten in soooo long. They are really fast with making amazing products and getting them right to you but buying an already made shirt online is taking weeks for me to get vs the day or two for PM's delivery. Thank you guys so much!

This was part of a housewarming gift, each family member received their own mugs, the printing was clear, neat and lovely. In my total order were 12 mugs, everyone of them arrived in perfect condition.
