Merry Christmas Premium Octagon Engraved Ornament Customer Reviews

I am a 10X repeat customer; every year I order an ornament for my Grandson to give to his grandmother. Every year we select a different shape and phrase. This years ornament has the same crystal clear etching as in the past, but this year's ornament feels extra heavy (as in durable). If you want an ornament that's built to last a "lifetime", this is the one. The staggered edge cut REALLY makes this one POP! I'm almost tempted to order next year's ornament NOW, so I can get the same value and POP.

This ornament turned out beautiful. So looking forward to giving this as a Christmas gift.

It’s a great gift for a newborns first Christmas

I really like this ornament, pretty and strong. Bought it for my stepson and family. Only thing I'd like to say is I wish the engraving of their names was alittle bigger and in a different font, that's why I gave it a 4.

I was disappointed with size too big and heavy to hang on tree script should be darker seems to fade into the ornament.

I buy these special ornaments this time each year. They're usually introduced and available for purchase only at the beginning of the year. I have LOVED all the ornaments UNTIL I received my shipment of these last night. I know it states 1/4 thick, but when I took it out of the pouch, I was thoroughly disappointed. It's pretty much flat with "beveling" of sorts. I was anticipating more of a sphere. This isn't even close to that shape. I purchased it on sale. I would definitely NOT pay the listed $25. In my opinion, it's not even worth $10! It's nice, but not WOW nice, especially compared to the last few ornaments I've ordered! I'm disappointed, as PM has pretty awesome items.

Disappointed. Thought this would be a quality glass ornament. Feels like hard plastic. Personalization is on the back, not protected in any way. Eventually the wording is bound to rub off, just from being touched. Also the hole at the top is not attractive. I was hugely disappointed in this ornament, but now I know why it was on sale..

I have ordered ornaments at a premium price for many years, and never had any issues and this past Christmas the ornament did not have an acceptable engraving. As you can see the number 3 does not look like a 3 at all. Although it was a obvious defect customer service deemed it as acceptable to them. I will no longer after all these years order from PM any longer.

This is the 6th year in a row I have purchased an engraved glass ornament from Personalization Mall.com. They are usually flawless. This year was the first year I purchased a "premium" glass ornament - so it was a higher cost than previous years. The ornament is a lot heavier, as there is much more glass in the premium models. But there are also flaws. It has a couple of 'chips' where the cuts weren't clean and it has a few scratches. This was the first year I was disappointed.
