I love this ornament!! I enjoyed having the creativity to insert extra words to use for the name/word pattern. It is beautifully finished, and the text is easy to read. The two-sided option is an added benefit to further personalize the ornament . Shipping was extraordinarily fast, enabling me to do a quick delivery to family members. I confess that I was worried when I saw the packaging because it said that the item was "small." I had chosen the 4" size, and was worried about the labeling. I measured it and it is, indeed, 4" wide. This is a perfect size; I think that the smaller one, with the many names on it, would have been too small to appreciate reading the names. Thank you, Personalization Mall, for creating such a beautiful family ornament, and delivering it so quickly.

We absolutely LOVE our Personalized Heart Ornament. We just moved and wanted to capture the cities we've lived in together and where we both call home.

Bought this as a gift for our Grandmother. It turned out beautiful! It took some time to figure out what name to place in just the right spot as we used all the name spaces available. Ornament is a nice glossy finish and names show up nicely.

I had ordered 2 of these ornaments. I love the way they turned out. Only downfall is if you don’t have enough names for the ornament, say you have 11 names, they will start repeating the names. This is perfect if you have 21 names or you can do like I did and used some Christmas words such as Joy, Peace, Love, etc... In place of the names you don’t have. Maybe this will be fixed in the future, but for now just fill the spaces in with other words :)

It was more beautiful than we thought it would be. I really like that you can arrange the names until it looks like you want it to.

This ornament came out better than I thought it would. I am very happy with it.

My children were concerned that all names were not shown equally, I do wish that I could have made changes on this one instead of ordering a new one which was done shortly after this one was ordered.

This came out so much better than I could have imagined. Put my parent grand and great grandkids names on it. My only thing would be to have a choice of font for the message on the back.

Since we couldn't get together with our large Italian family we decided to make a personalized ornament listing all of the special foods we eat on Christmas Eve's Feast of the 7 Fishes. Pretty ornament nice family gift

I honestly thought this was just going to be a cheap little ornament i could get for my friends. Boy was I wrong! It's beautiful, thick, ceramic. It is shiny and comes in a nice velvet bag. I could not be any happier with this purchase!

This is a beautiful ornament. Well made and delivered fast.

Ordered for my mother in law with 4 generations of names on it. Arrived quickly, exactly as described. My only thing was that the silver ribbon didn't match the ornament well so I'm buying red ribbon for it instead. Not a big deal. I love this ornament and will order again. Very well packaged, and the velvet pouch it's in is the perfect touch for a special gift.

I ordered 12 of these as Christmas presents for a small group of friends because they were inexpensive. They don’t look cheap in any way. They came out beautifully and look classy. I am excited to give them to my friends for Christmas.

I was skeptical when I ordered it but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It was just as the online picture - maybe even better. It’s now one of my favorite ornaments.

I love the 2 items I purchased,actually better quality than I expected.
My issue is that (1) of them has like a half inch machine scratch on the right hand side of the front of it. What recourse do I have ? It is a Christmas present for a family member and I can't send it back. But otherwise I do love the itens other than that.
