First ornaments were fuzzy like a film was on them. They sent me new ones and they were perfect totally clear and beautiful!

It was a beautiful ornament. The picture was clear.

We ordered an ornament for each of our six grandchildren. The pictures were clear, glossy, and vibrant color. We ordered plain backs (instead of another photo) so we could date and sign our names on them.

The quality of each was consistent and looked exactly like the model on the website. Each came in a lovely velvet bag for safe storage. We tied the bags on the outside of other larger gifts to make a nice presentation. The kids loved them.

I would purchase them again in a heartbeat.
