Just don’t use a photo that has a light source out of frame as it will darken the image. Otherwise there were no issues. That wasn’t an actual issue as it is still a beautiful ornament

Love these! Wish I could give more stars. I have been buying personalized ornaments for years but have always gone with the 2 sided ceramic ones until I find these this year. They are so clear and they won’t break if dropped!
