Personalized Photo Round Pendant Necklace

First of, this is laser etching, not engraved. Also, I had put additional engraving on the back, and it came with only part of it. I verified before submitting, so I don't know why it was cut off.
The order says "additional $9.00" instead of the name that was supposed to be on the back.

I have another that was truly etched, and have been wearing it for 7 years, I never take it off. NO change after all these years to the detailing. This one looks like it will "wear off" way before then,
