My grandma absolutely loved the personalized gift! She was thrilled to display it on her mantel. The item is even more substantial than I anticipated, and once the battery is in, the ticking is hardly noticeable at all! The engraving turned out beautifully, just as requested. Excellent work. Outstanding service and product!
