I ordered a custom blanket, with 3 lines embroidery. Unfortunately on arrival it was not quite right as ordered. I called customer service and within 3 days I had a new blanket express delivered in time for the wedding gift. The agent was friendly, understanding, accommodating, and very kind in helping make this happen. I am truly appreciative for his exceptional customer service assistance. Well done!
