Although I read another review, I still ordered the product. However the engraving is so light, I can barely read it. I am actively looking for someone who can color it so the words can be read. Disappointed. The preview doesn't represent what is received.

Not what I expected- cannot read imprint whatsoever. poor quality. Cannot believe I got duped again by Personalization Mall company- never again. Another embarrassing gift, wasted money...

Very disappointed. I can barely see the engrave . it doesn't look like the picture at all. It's like there is nothing there. I paid for nothing. If I new I don't waste my money on that.

I wish I can give 0 starts!
Clock display doesn't work

I received this as a gift. It was a display model and the store worker couldn't find the box or power cord. The clock display stops working after a few hours and I have to press the reset button for it to display again.
