What is Personalization? Personalization is the process of adding words, numbers, designs and other characters onto specially designed products through engraving or embroidery. This allows you to create gifts with names, dates, poems, sentiments or any other message to make the gift unique and memorable. Personalization Pricing The following prices apply to each gift you have personalized. Minimum charge is $6 per item for any message (if message is only one word, letter, number or initial). Premium Fonts Our premium fonts will stand out more than traditional lettering on any product. Your message will look darker and easier to read because of a special engraving technique we've perfected. With these fonts, we'll engrave more of the surface area where each letter sits, creating an overall deeper feel that will set your message apart.

Monogram Etiquette When engraving a monogram for one person, we recommend placing the first initial of the last name in the center (and making it larger) with the first initial of the first name to the left and first initial of middle name to the right. So Jennifer Ann Smith would appear as JSA . When engraving a couple's monogram for a wedding, anniversary, etc., the first initial of the couple's last name should appear in the center, with first initial of the woman's first name to the left and first initial of the man's first name to the right. Simply bring your item to any of our 600 nationwide mall locations and one of our experts will carefully engrave it, usually in 24 hours or less. Frames & Albums When you personalize a photo frame, album or other item that can be displayed either horizontally or vertically, the way the item appears in the photo on our website is the way it will be personalized by our experts. If you wish to have the item personalized in a different area or direction, please call Customer Service at 866.902.4438 before placing your order. Sets of Items Many of our items come in sets of two or more pieces. On our website and in our stores, we can personalize all of the items in the set the same way, or differently. Personalization pricing is based on each item in the set that is being engraved. For example, personalization on a set of two toasting flutes engraved with a date will be $6 x 2, or $12. Back to Top Special Designs Most of our throws, pillows and other soft items include embroidered designs and can be purchased online. We also offer additional embroidered and engraved designs for birthdays, weddings, children and more in our stores. Use our Store Locator to find the stores nearest you. Logo and Signature Engraving We can digitize your company logo or signature for engraving on almost all of our gifts. For a limited time, we'll set up your company logo and place it on file FREE (a $50 value) with the purchase of $50.00 of merchandise and engraving. Once on file, logo/signature engraving is $6 per item. If you wish, we can express digitize your logo order in seven days for an additional $30. Otherwise, standard turn around time for digitizing corporate logos is 14 business days from the receipt of artwork.
