Disappointed
I have never cried over a purchase I have made for a gift for a friend before this experience. The bracelet is poor quality. The toggle clasp seems to be made of a cheap plastic-like material! For the price paid, I would expect something slightly more durable. Also, after being required to pay extra for engraving, I would expect that to be done exactly as entered. When I submitted the order, the engraving should have reflected an acronym with four uppercase letters. Instead, the engraving reflected a name, with one uppercase letter and the rest lowercase. I will never make a purchase from this company again. I was so embarrassed to give this gift to my best friend as a grad school graduation present.

Very pretty!
Bought this bracelet and paired it with the Crystal Cross bracelet for my daughter's confirmation. They look beautiful together! The engraving in the Vanessa font is a perfect compliment to the bracelets. Just hope the finish on the bracelets hold up.

Mine is Fine
I wear it often but not everyday, I've worn it to work even and I have to wash my hands constantly and even after getting wet it has not tarnished. I've had it for a little over 5 months now and it still looks brand new and shiny as the first time I saw it. I bought a similar bracelet for my mother and had it engraved and it is still in mint condition. Maybe we just take better care of it than the others but I honestly don't do anything but take it off and put it in the pouch it came with.

Beautiful until it fades
This bracelet is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect memorial to our baby daughter who died before birth. It was an absolute treasure, especially with the beautiful little jewelry box I could put it in every night or when I was taking a shower. I had it sized down a couple links at a watch repair stand in the mall for $5, because I have tiny wrists, and now it's very comfortable to wear. I was very careful with it and never got the bracelet wet or anything, but it tarnished after only a couple of months. I spent over $100 on this product after the cost of engraving and everything and I'm extremely disappointed that this would happen. I brought the bracelet in to a store and a salesperson told me to use silver cleaner. I purchased some silver cleaner that had excellent reviews and it seemed to only make it worse. So now I'm out even more money from the cost of the useless silver cleaner.
I still wear this bracelet every day in memory of my lost daughter, but it's very frustrating that it's become so tarnished and unattractive when it was originally so beautiful and eye-catching. I'm trying not to draw parallels to the situation it symbolizes. I really think Things Remembered should sell more quality items, especially since the company is centered around making memorable gifts. Those gifts should be made to last. I will probably never shop at Things Remember again after this experience with their product quality.
I just feel so disappointed that my beautiful memorial became a tarnished eyesore. Please don't purchase this bracelet if you're looking for something special that will last more than a a couple of months. This would make a terrible gift because the recipient would have a brassy, unattractive bracelet within a short amount of time and they will probably be bothered that you gave them something so cheap. Straight out of the store, it's fabulous, but if you want it to last, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Not so good
This product has turned colors after just 2 months. The charm is constantly falling off and the bracelet itself is falling off too! i do not recommend this bracelet.
