Great product! This was a retirement gift and she absolutely loved it! We also purchased an engravable bracelet an placed it inside the box! Beautiful I went in person to look for a gift for my Maid of Honor. I was immediately drawn to it! It's absolutely gorgeous in person and I can't wait to give it to her! It's very heavy and looks expensive. The wind-up song is adorable. I had her first name engraved on it. I only wish the name was engraved deeper into it. It seems the cursive is imprinted shallowly. It still looks very nice; just make sure you go with a substantially deep font if you want it to be easily visible. May 6, 2013

Product Amazing....Engraving not so much. The product itself was beautiful and we gave it to my sister in law for Christmas. She loved it and definitely had a need for a jewelery box. We had her first name only engraved on the top of the box and you can barely see the name. They should have made it darker and we took it somewhere else to get it redone. Do not go with a cursive or thin line when engraving this product only go with darker colors or double lines. It would have been nice if the staff had advised me of that when I picked out the design. Product great but maybe have the staff more in-tuned with fonts and how they will look on the final product. January 23, 2013
