Nice looking
I bought this coffee mug for my son's 50th birthday. I had to buy it twice. The first time I had it engraved in the store. I was happy with the engraving but I did not look inside of the mug - it was cracked. The engraving process cracked it. I had to purchase a second mug and I was happy with that one. Caution, when getting something engraved make sure you are happy with the whole product - not just the engraving.

Great value & quality.
My girlfriend bought me a black one for Valentine's day. It's absolutely the best mug I've ever owned. I like my coffee to stay hot until the end and this mug does the trick! The size/capacity is also excellent. I'm about to by one each for my two daughters. When I find a good thing I like others to enjoy the product, too. Excellent quality. You won't be dissapointed.

I am giving 2 of these mugs as a business grand opening gift. They are very handsome, a great size, sturdy and almost impossible to spill. The engraving is excellent. This is the second time I have used Things Remembered for gifts. The customer service department is very helpful and their attention to detail and concern for your satisfaction is excellent. I am sure that with their varied product line and excellent service, I will use them again.

This mug is well-made and being able to personalize a bonus
This mug was well-made. The only caution I would give is, if the recipient of this gift is an elderly person, it is VERY heavy to lift. We ordered it for our dad, but when he uses it, he has to use both hands and he's not especially frail . Otherwise, it is sturdy and keeps beverages hot for quite a while, and it is a bonus to be able to personalize the gift as well.
