Beautiful piece

Very disappointed
My husband and I purchased this keychain when I saw it in the store and loved it! We had just gotten married a few weeks ago, so we had our wedding date engraved on it and I couldn't wait to use this as my new keychain. Within the first week, it was visibly scratched and tarnished, which I noticed but didn't bother me too much as it was more sentimental than anything at that point. Unfortunately, less than 6 weeks later, I noticed that the heart had fallen off of the ring and was lost. I noticed that the part that holds the charm to the ring had separated which allowed the charm to fall off the ring. I obviously was very disappointed, as this was a keepsake that I had planned on keeping for many years to come. For the money we spent on the keychain and the money we paid to have it engraved, we definitely didn't expect for it to fall apart so fast. We purchased many items for our wedding: bridesmaid gifts, groomsmen gift, parent gifts, reader gifts, etc. and were happy with all of the other items; however we were very disappointed in this item.

The product is beautiful but the finish pealed
I purchase this product as a gift and loved the look and idea. The receipient has had the product for eight months and the product has changed colors and started to peal. The rhinestones inside have become dual and the glass covering them is also dual. I purchased it because it said it was silver. Never thought it would turn and peal. Don't purchase it. Looks are deceiving

WONDERFUL gift!
I gave this keychain to my daughter for Christmas. She loved it! Due to her unusual name, she doesn't have many personalized items.
This keychain seems to be made of high quality materials. The "gems" inside really do look like diamonds. This keychain is beautiful.
