The birthstone charms are cheap
I purchased this charm for my daughters 12th birthday. She was very excited and loved the gift. The very next day she comes home from school and all 3 birthstones are missing. We take it back to the store and they replace them for free (wonderful service). Within two weeks, the birthstones are gone again. The store has said they will take care of it again, however, for the price paid, I expected a better product. My daughter still loves the heart charm but I would have preferred it not fall apart.

Good quality.
We get charms for the wives of our male firefighters every year to add to a charm bracelet they receive their first year on the department. I ordered these in garnet in an attempt to add some color to their bracelets. The quality was very good. When they arrived they were a little bit bigger than I expected. They look daintier in the picture. Overall, they were great, and were well received.

Nice personalized gift
I purchased these charms to make a bracelet for my mom. I had each grandchilds first name engraved on the front and their birthdate on the back. These are incredibly cute. I didn't pay the extra money for the script they recommend so the writing is a little harder to read. The charms get pretty expensive when you add more to them and I purchased five so I went with the less expensive script. The birthstone dangles are hung on the fastener so be careful when you put the charm on a bracelet or necklace, I dropped the birthstone dangle first thing. Overall these are worth the money when you compare to other personalized birthstone items. Makes a great gift for mom or grandma!
