Great value & quality.
My girlfriend bought me a black one for Valentine's day. It's absolutely the best mug I've ever owned. I like my coffee to stay hot until the end and this mug does the trick! The size/capacity is also excellent. I'm about to by one each for my two daughters. When I find a good thing I like others to enjoy the product, too. Excellent quality. You won't be dissapointed.

I am giving 2 of these mugs as a business grand opening gift. They are very handsome, a great size, sturdy and almost impossible to spill. The engraving is excellent. This is the second time I have used Things Remembered for gifts. The customer service department is very helpful and their attention to detail and concern for your satisfaction is excellent. I am sure that with their varied product line and excellent service, I will use them again.

This mug is well-made and being able to personalize a bonus
This mug was well-made. The only caution I would give is, if the recipient of this gift is an elderly person, it is VERY heavy to lift. We ordered it for our dad, but when he uses it, he has to use both hands and he's not especially frail . Otherwise, it is sturdy and keeps beverages hot for quite a while, and it is a bonus to be able to personalize the gift as well.

Great Gift For Guys
I bought this mug for my husband as a Christmas gift. He absolutely loves it! It is masculine looking and the perfect size for him to have at his desk at work. It keeps his coffee hot right up to the last sip.
I would caution though to pay for the premium engraving on this mug. Initially I ordered the Contemporary font and when the mug arrived it was almost impossible to see his initials, which I had chosen to be engraved on the mug.
I took it to my local Things Remembered store and they were so lovely -- they engraved a new mug for me with a premium font, all at no charge. With the new font (I chose Futura) the engraving is absolutely beautiful and very easy to read.
So yes, buy this mug! My daughter has one in pink and I bought my husbands in black. They make great gifts (even for yourself!) and keep your beverages nice and hot (or even cold) and they are very stylish too!
