Disappointment
The epoxy used to assemble this bracket is soft, and allows it to come appart. Mine broke on the second day.

Save your money!!!
Beautiful bracelet! However, it is a shame that a $5.00 bracelet from any other store would last longer than this one. I have taken it back 4 times to get it fixed/new one. The clear coat on the charm comes off, the charm falls off completely, and the clasp has broken. I wore the bracelet maybe once a week, and it never failed, every month it would some how break.

was given this as a gift and less the 8 hours of wearing it the charm fell off and never felt it brake very upset do not buy not worth it

Goreous Gift, but now I'm concerned
My husband and I purchased this gift for his mother from our daughter for Christmas. We had it engraved in the store and when we picked it up, we were very pleased with it. I loved it and knew she would too. After reading all of the negative reviews, I really hope the same things do not happen to the bracelet we purchased as it has to everyone elses bracelets because they aren't cheap in price. I have not heard anything bad happening to the bracelet as of yet. It's a beautiful piece of jewelry and it's a shame that it isn't great quality. Just because jewelry is made of sterling silver doesn't mean it has to be cheaply made! I'm crossing my fingers that my mother-in-law won't experience disappointment with this gift!

Beautiful to look at............
Within a few days of wearing it the heart fell off. Took it back to the store for repairs. Approximately a week after that, it fell off my wrist, and now I have no bracelet at all because I didn't realize it had come off. Very very upset because it was given to me as a gift and engraved on the back side of the heart. :(

Beautiful but not worth the money
I received this gift and loved it and wore it often. It was precious because my daughter gave it to me. The heart fell off and we couldn't put it back on. Within a month, the finish wore off and the brass color was on all of the links and the clasp. I would have expected better quality of the finish for as much as it cost her. Engraving was expensive also.
Wish it would have lasted longer for the price.

Beautiful to the eyes, but not worth the money
Although the bracelet itself was not very expensive, after paying for engravement it was. And the individual who received the gift loved it, but it was embarrasing to find out that she cannot wear it because the clasp does not work properly. The bracelet is not tight, but it continues to fall off every hour or so which defeats the purpose of having a bracelet (if you can't wear it).
