Doesn't work
As a 1 year anniversary this was a beautiful gift. I LOVED how the engraving looked and I thought I would be nice and pre-upload photos before I gave it as a gift. I have a new computer and I spent such a long time plugging in the USB, re-reading instructions, goggling what to do; all in all the Photoviewer just would not "automatically launch" as the instruction manual clearly stated. I would not recommend this for someone with new computers. This has been frustrating but at least the engraving turned out perfectly. Consider getting a dog tag or a simple key chain instead.

The item would not stay on without being connected to the computer. Also, I wasn't told in advance that the keychain photo program only works with older computer versions such as Windows 98. You cannot load photos from newer software versions. However, I did exchange it for a replacement that actually works without staying connected to the computer. Otheriwse, I really like it and that's the reason I exchanged the first one for a new one. The store at the Dallas Galleria has the best customer service ever. I make all my purchases at their location.

Not 64 Bit Eligible.
The keychain was really cool. Was given to me as a gift. They had even uploaded a few pictures onto it. Problem=if you have a 64 bit computer. It won't work, which is what most people giving it a bad review are experiencing. So make sure you don't have a 64 bit and you will be ok. (Sadly, most computers sold today have 64 bit systems)

Dont waste your money
Bummer, I bought this for my Dad's birthday. It seemed like the perfect gift but it doesnt work. It's going back to the store for a refund.
Dont waste your money on this digital keychain. Luckily, "Things Remembered" has a wide selection of other gifts to give.
Pick something else.

A modern and thoughtful gift
This was a gift for our 85 year old mother. The program would not download on my Mac notebook with OS X (Lion) operating system. Luckily we have an older PC that would support the Photoview software that comes wilth the keychain and it was easy to transfer the pics to the program there, edit each one and be done! BTW, I first chose my pictures from my Mac and put them on a CD, then loaded those pics to the PC. I think it was worth the effort, it's a thoughtful gift that is handmade in the digital age!

Engraving was incorrect on the gift I purchased. Had someone else's info instead.

Complete disappointment!
I was completely upset this keychain didn't work, it wouldn't allow me to download pictures, the software was completely messed up. It's a piece of junk. I also thought it would be heavy too the thing is light weight plastic. This is the only bad product I ever bought at this store.
