Give me LIGHT!
I was thrilled to see this item in your store. I ordered one and it arrived much sooner than expected. I unpacked it and set it up, and waited, and waited. I tried it by a window. Tried it under a light in the kitchen. Finally set it on the back corner of my desk under a 75W light, and it works great! The light is 12" above the globe though. The manual that arrived with it notes the darker the globe, the more light required to operate it. Yup, no kidding. Love the fact it is 100% quiet, very attractive and comes with a great stand. Hate the fact it will not operate in marginal or low light conditions.

Excellent Business to Business Gift
A client of mine was looking for appropriate gifts to give to foreign dignitaries while meeting for the first time about business ventures. I found this globe, and ordered 2 with their logo engraved on it. The dignitaries thought they were so classy. My client had me oreder 3 more so they could keep one on their office and have a couple handy for their next trip. Now every executive in their office wants one! I had to place another order for 10 more a couple weeks ago! They are beautiful and classy. The globes are definitely appropriate for companies doing world business.

Uplifting
My Brother, who lost his life in a house fire, had an eye for this Globe. It was at his office, now it sits in my office as a reminder of him and that no matter what happens in life, the world still turns. Everyone who comes into my office loves it and what it means to me. God is Good!!..

Great retirement gift
I received this as a retirement plaque. It was a real attention getter at my party. It is very attractive. My husband and I truly enjoy this globe, especially since we are travelers. It moves during the day and not at night. It is just fascinating and has been a real conversation item with guests.

Great company anniversary gift
This globe has a very classy look and was the perfect gift for our 2 top executives to celebrate the company's 25th anniversary and our worldwide investments. Everyone was impressed with its magical rotation, but the rotation speed is dependent on the light exposure. (read the booklet that accompanies the globe) And the Things Remembered staff made some excellent suggestions on the engraving for the final professional touch. This gift has the wow factor and the recipients are extremely pleased.
