This was the perfect "office staff thank you gift"
I had each monogramed with the same inscription and individual names. The monograming was a bit pricey but it only took 45 minutes for 10...in store service was excellent!....

great little gift
I needed to buy gifts for a panel. Most of the people on the panel participate in panel discussions on a regular basis and, as such, receive many little tokens, etc. I bought this because I thought it was different and the price was right for our not-for-profit organization.
The recipients loved it. In fact, two of them have commented about it to me at other functions. To be fair, I don't expect them to complain to me that it was a piece of junk or they couldn't get the battery in, but they did go out of their way to comment on the quality. So there you go.

not for everyone
I have one of these clocks at home. It took me forever to get it off military time and it likes to reset itself all the time. The area to put the batteries in is very hard to open and it gets fingerprints all the time I feel like I clean it off more than I even look at the time! Gift might be good for some people if they are in an office setting or like to travel and only if its a retirement or maybe a birthday but what about the other people and for weddings and valentines day? $15 might be a good price if you have someone to give it to but I think there are other gifts you could use for this special 50% off with any purchase.

Pure garbage
I received this as a gift from my girlfriend. I had just started a new job and needed some desk decorations.
The clock looks nice at first. It comes with a nice little pen, some paper clips, and some super cheap post-it note paper.
to set the time on the clock, you have to remove a super cheap rim around the outside of the top portion. Below it are some buttons to allow you to set the time/date/etc.
The clock also featuers a blue light that lights up the display. Mine likes to come on randomly, and when it does it stays on for about 5 minutes, disappears, then comes back again. So i now have a mini strobe light on my desk.
As of last week the clock likes to reset itself randomly. I have reset it twice now and it continues to completely shut off on its own. And yes, ive checked the batteries.
The little speaker on the clock also sounds absolutely awful. This is the same one that goes off every time you push a button to set the time on the clock after it decides to reset itself.
Did i mention the entire silver outline is a horrible dirt/fingerprint collector?
You'd think since it's a digital clock it would be a fairly easy product to design.
I can't believe this garbage cost my girlfriend 30 dollars. It's even worse when it's a gift.

Great Looking
This compact little desk set is exquisite. I expected it to be nice because it's on Things Remembered, however it's beyond nice. I think my father-in-law is going to enjoy having this on his desk for years to come.
