How It Works
Becoming a Member
Joining the Rewards Club is simple. Enroll online today by clicking the "Join" button above (or in the Shopping Cart). We'll use your Billing Address for your membership, and that is where we will send Reward Checks in the future. You can also visit any of our 600 mall stores nationwide or enroll by phone. When you enroll, there is a one-time enrollment fee of $10 and you're immediately on your way to savings.
When enrolling online or by phone, you will receive a Rewards Club membership card (with your own, personal identification number) in the mail within 7-10 business days of enrollment.
Receiving & Redeeming Reward Checks
As a member, you will earn a $10 Reward Check for every $100 you spend on merchandise and personalization at Things Remembered, with a maximum of a $50 Check at any one time. Once you earn a Reward Check, you'll receive it in the mail, 3-4 weeks after the qualifying purchases. You can redeem Reward Checks online (at the last step of Checkout), at any Things Remembered store location, or when placing an order by phone.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I enter my Rewards Club ID number when I shop online?
When you purchase online from our site, we use your Billing Address to identify the order and apply it to your Rewards Club account. So remember, to get credit for your purchase, make sure to use the same Billing Address for the order that you used when signing up for the Rewards Club program!
Can I redeem Reward Checks or Savings Certificates on your website?
Yes. Reward Checks and savings certificates can be redeemed on our website, as well as in store or by phone. To redeem Reward Checks online, proceed to the last step of Checkout, and enter the Check Number and Rewards Club Number from the front of your Reward Check. Hit the 'Submit' button next to the Check, and it will be applied to your order.
How do I sign up to receive Rewards Club email offers?
Sign up online by entering your email address in the email signup box provided or call or visit your nearest Things Remembered store location and tell one of our Gift Advisors that you are a Rewards Club member and that you want to sign up to receive our special email offers.

Terms & Conditions
- As a Rewards Club member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at a Things Remembered store, online or by phone. Points are earned on gift and personalization purchases, less tax, shipping and Rewards Club membership fees.
- You will receive Rewards Checks in $10 increments for every 100 points you earn.
- Rewards Checks are issued weekly, and are valid for 180 days commencing the date of issuance. You can expect to receive your check within 3-4 weeks after the qualifying purchase(s).
- After a Reward Check is issued, any remaining points balance will be held in your account for up to 12 months and used toward your next Reward Check.
- While there is no limit on the amount of points you can earn, the maximum weekly Reward Check amount that will be issued is $50. Rewards Checks will continue to be issued weekly, subject to the $50 maximum, until the earned reward amount has been paid out in full.
- Rewards Check may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise and personalization in Things Remembered stores, online or by phone and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. If your order total does not exceed the check amount, no change or refund will be given, whether in the form of cash or credits. Rewards Checks may not be applied to store charges or personalization certificates.
- To ensure you accurately receive purchase credit in-store, present your Rewards Club card, Rewards Club number or request the team member look it up at the time of purchase.
- Online and phone orders will be added to you Reward balance if the name and address entered exactly match the name and address currently on your Rewards Club account.
- You can verify or update your account information in-store or by calling 866-516-8477. It is the responsibility of the member to inform Things Remembered of name and address changes.
- No credit will be given for purchases made prior to membership.
- To receive all program benefits, your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and birth month must be accurately provided during enrollment. Only one birthday reward per household per year will be issued.
- Membership and Rewards Club balances are not transferable and will be cancelled after 18 months of purchase inactivity.
- Things Remembered reserves the right to change the Terms and Condisitions of the program or terminate this program at any time without notice

- Employees of Things Remembered, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their families, are not eligible to participate.
