What are my shipping options?

We offer 4 convenient ways to ship your online or phone order. To find out when you'll receive your order based on the shipping method you select, see "When will I receive my order?" below. We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard delivery method ONLY. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and shipment tracking will not be available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders leave our warehouse 2 business days after the order is placed for standard, express, and express plus delivery methods. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately. Orders involving custom personalization (like logos) require additional time.

What time do I have to place my order to receive it the next business day?

You must place your order by 4pm Eastern time and select Next Business Day as your shipping method to receive your order the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

For Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Express Plus Delivery orders leave our warehouse 2 business days after the order is placed and will take between one and five additional business days to arrive, based on the shipping method you select. Next Business Day delivery will be shipped the same day as the order as long as the order was placed before 4pm. It will arrive the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices are based on the total value of product and personalization in your order after applicable discounts. When shipping to multiple locations, the value of each location's order will determine its shipping charge and shipping method. You can ship to different addresses with different shipping methods in the same order.

Special Shipping Situations

We make it as convenient as possible to ship your gifts to any destination.

  • There is an additional $10 shipping charge to ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Shipping to Guam and Virgin Islands: Standard shipping is the only shipping method available to these locations.
  • Delivery date estimates for international are the same as for any other domestic destination. These estimates will be given to you during the shopping and purchase process.
  • APO/FPO addresses: Standard Delivery is the only shipping method available to these addresses. Faster shipping methods (Express and Express Plus) are not available when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery.
  • If you have other special shipping needs, please call Customer Service at 866.902.4438.

How do I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the shipping company's tracking website, with detailed information about the status and location of your order. You must create an account before or during your order to access this information from our website. Just click on My Account on any page to sign up.

How do I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Place your order as usual and select the Standard Delivery shipping method during Checkout (this is the only shipping method we use for APO/FPO). Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery.

The following prices apply to each gift you have personalized. There is a minimum personalization charge of $6 per item (for one word, letter, number, initial, etc.).

How do I personalize a gift on your site?

What font styles do you offer?

We have a wide variety of unique font styles that will complement your unique message. Click here to view our fonts and other personalization information.

Can I change the color of the thread used to embroider a gift?

You can choose the color of thread used to personalize many of our embroidered items. After you select an item to personalize, you will be asked to choose a thread color.

How do I give more specific engraving instructions?

If you have special requirements or instructions for personalizing an item, please call us at 866.902.4438 before placing your order.

How do I personalize a gift with a logo?

We can digitize your company logo or signature for engraving on almost all of our gifts. For a limited time, we'll set up your company logo and place it on file for FREE (a $50 value) with $50 purchase. Once on file, logo/signature engraving is $6 per item.

If you wish, we can express digitize your logo order in seven days for an additional $30. Otherwise, standard turn around time for digitizing corporate logos is 14 business days from the receipt of artwork.

Do I have to create an account if I want to order online?

No. While creating an account allows you to access previous orders, track shipments, create an Address Book and have a faster checkout next time you shop, you may place an order as a "guest" without creating an account. You will still be asked for billing and shipping information, but this will only be used to process your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Our website accepts Bill Me Later® (Learn More), PayPal® (What is PayPal®), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If you would like to pay by check, money order or purchase order, please call Customer Service at 866.902.4438 for more information on placing your order.

Do I have to use a credit card to order on your website?

Can I order online and pick up at the store?

This service is currently available to registered Things Remembered Customers, please Sign up or Register to use this service. Stores can always accept orders by phone for pick up at that location.

Where are your stores located and what are their hours?

There are over 600 Things Remembered stores in malls nationwide. Use our Store Locator to find the stores nearest you.

Our stores are open during normal mall hours and may have extended hours during the holiday shopping season. Please contact your nearest Things Remembered store directly for specific hours.

I can't find an item on your site; can I still order it?

If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please call Customer Service at 866.902.4438 and a representative will be able to check the status of the item or suggest similar items.

Can I get a discount if I purchase a large quantity of gifts?

Yes. Orders over $500 will automatically receive discounts that increase as your order total increases (one-time logo set-up fees are excluded). These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, such as coupon offers.

How can I inquire about or change my order?

If you created an account on our website, log in to My Account and click on "View Orders." There, you view the status of your order and track orders that have shipped. If you do not have an account, or to expedite or change an order, please call Customer Service at 866.902.4438.

Can I place an item on backorder?

Yes, items that will be back in stock soon will automatically give you the option to order the item for a later delivery. It will tell you the expected delivery date to your home.

Personalized Merchandise:

  • We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your gift will be engraved as you ordered it. You are verifying that all information is accurate when you finalize your order.

Non-Personalized Merchandise With A Valid Receipt

  • May receive a complete refund* or exchange for merchandise of equal value within 60 days of the date of purchase.
  • After 60 days past the purchase date, may only be exchanged for merchandise of up to equal value.
  • If purchased with a check and returned after two business days, can be exchanged for merchandise of equal value, refunded in cash* or a check can be issued from our corporate office within 10 business days from the date of return.

Non-Personalized Merchandise Without A Valid Receipt

  • May be exchanged for merchandise only, up to equal the value of the returned merchandise at the time of return.

* Cash refunds greater than $75 will be issued in the form of a check by our corporate office.

How do I use your Search function?

In the Search Box, found in the upper right corner of every page of our website, type in the word or phrase for what you are looking for. You can search by Keyword, Item Number, Price, Recipient, Occasion, Product Type, or any combination of criteria.

How do I use my coupon?

In case you have a coupon that you received from us or another partner site online, please keep the coupon code handy, you will want to enter it during the Coupon Code field once you begin the Checkout process.

How do I send a gift to someone else?

After you select your Shipping Method in Step 2 of 4 of the checkout process, you'll be asked to select your shipping address. If you want to send the gift or gifts to a different address than the billing address, simply choose from the available addresses in your Address Book, using the dropdown menu to the far right. To add a new address to your address book, click on "Create New Address", and to edit existing addresses, click on "Edit Address Book". Additions and changes will be updated immediately for use in your order.
