Things Remembered knows that many holiday occasions can be hectic. To make sure that your personalized gift arrives on time, we offer a selection of Quick Ship Gifts with discounted delivery for many special occasions. If you missed the standard shipping dates please view the Special Offers page to find out if we have a shipping offer running around the current holiday.
Shipping prices are based on the total value of product and personalization in your order after applicable discounts. When shipping to multiple locations, the value of each location's order will determine its shipping charge and shipping method. You can ship to different addresses with different shipping methods in the same order.
The prices listed are the actual cost for shipping using expedited methods.
As an example, a customer with an order of $78.00 and selecting Express Shipping would pay $20.95 for shipping.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days after the order is placed and will take between one and four additional business days to arrive, based on the shipping method you select. Packages may deliver via UPS or USPS.
Some very unique, customized products may require additional days before they leave the warehouse. Please refer to the product specific delivery dates shown to the right of the actual product.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or orders with custom personalization (like logos) may require additional time.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard Delivery method ONLY. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and shipment tracking will not be available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We make it easy to send gifts to multiple addresses while only placing a single order. Just follow the step-by-step instructions during checkout, or visit our How to Order page for detailed instructions. The value of each location's order and the shipping method selected will determine its shipping charge. You can ship to different addresses with different shipping methods in the same order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the shipping company's tracking website, with detailed information about the status and location of your order. You must create an account before or during your order to access this information from our website. Just click on My Account on any page to sign up.
How do I place an international order?
You can ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. military bases through www.thingsremembered.com
We can also ship to other destinations outside the continental U.S. Domestic customers call us toll free at 866-902-4438. Customers outside the U.S., please call 330-538-6302*.

Special Shipping Situations
We make it as convenient as possible to ship your gifts to any destination.
- There is an additional $10 shipping charge to ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Shipping to Guam and Virgin Islands: Standard shipping is the only shipping method available to these locations.
- Delivery date estimates for international are the same as for any other domestic destination. These estimates will be given to you during the shopping and purchase process.
- APO/FPO addresses: Standard Delivery is the only shipping method available to these addresses. Faster shipping methods (Express and Express Plus) are not available when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 4-6 additional weeks for delivery.
